Background: Serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D is a biomarker used to assess an individual's vitamin status. Bone health, immune function, calcium and phosphate metabolism crucially regulated by the D. Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are leading cause of death world widely. Many studies have shown that plays potential role cardiovascular prevention. Study design: It prospective study conducted at Rawal Institute health sciences, Islamabad for duration six months from July 2022 December 2022. Material Methods: The review board committee hospital approved study. In given study, total 300 patients were selected. All these included in this according inclusion criteria. statistical analysis was conducted. multivariable Cox regression done. immunoassays analyzer status assessment. Results: average age ranging 56 63 years all them suffering diseases. Different patterns like qualification, educational history with regard awareness, Smoking patterns, Diabetic medications, considered Conclusion: 25-hydroxyvitamin concentrations all-cause mortality inversely related. risk lower participants higher serum than those concentrations.
